Enterprise
We have spent twenty years inside enterprise IT, so we know which parts of it earn their keep and which parts are ceremony. Contact centre platforms, multi site infrastructure, mail and server migrations, and managed service against real service levels. We work with organisations from twenty seats to several hundred, and we are based in Glasgow and deliver across the whole of the United Kingdom.
Diallers, VoIP, routing, workforce management and reporting for teams from 20 to 500 seats.
Networks, servers and connectivity across branches, warehouses and remote workers.
Getting off legacy systems on a fixed timeline, with rollback planned before we start.
Named engineers, agreed service levels, monthly reporting and quarterly review.
Cyber Essentials, call recording under UK GDPR, and disaster recovery that is actually tested.
Transcription, document processing and automation across thousands of transactions a day.
Coverage
We are based in Glasgow and work across the whole of the UK. Remote first for speed, on site wherever the job genuinely needs hands on the ground, from the central belt to London and everywhere between. Distance does not change the price.

Six things we do at scale. Each one is a real capability with people who have shipped it before, not a line on a slide.
The full outbound and inbound stack for sales floors and service teams, from twenty seats to several hundred, built to stay the right side of Ofcom.
The servers, networks and connectivity that hold everything else up, across branches, warehouses, home workers and the cloud.
Getting off legacy systems on a fixed timeline, rehearsed on a copy first, with a way back agreed before we start.
Named engineers who know your estate, agreed response times in writing, and no ticket queue purgatory.
The paperwork your customers, insurers and auditors keep asking for, done properly rather than fudged through a questionnaire.
Making systems that refuse to talk to each other talk to each other, and handing the repetitive work to a machine.
Illustrative of where we have delivered, not a client list. The common thread is scale, uptime and a regulator watching.
Dialler platforms, call recording and workforce management for outbound and inbound floors.
Recorded lines, compliance evidence and resilient infrastructure under audit.
Secure systems, data residency and reliable telephony for people who cannot wait.
Procurement friendly delivery, Cyber Essentials and accessible services.
Multi site connectivity, mobile working and job systems that hold up on the road.
Legal and accountancy firms moving off legacy systems without losing a decade of records.
Omnichannel stock and order systems, and telephony that scales with the season.
Field and contact operations, integration between systems that were never meant to meet.
We start with a paid discovery phase rather than a speculative proposal. You get a written architecture, a delivery plan, a risk register and a fixed price. If you take that document to somebody else and have them build it, that is a legitimate outcome and we will say so up front.
Every migration has a documented way back before it has a way forward. We rehearse the cutover on a copy, agree the abort criteria in advance, and nobody finds out at 2am on a Sunday that there was no plan B.
Documentation, credentials and source code live with you from day one, not in a private repository we control. No lock in, and no invoice required to get your own system back.
Call recording under UK GDPR, Ofcom rules on abandoned calls, data residency for transcription, and Cyber Essentials where your customers require it. We would rather raise an awkward constraint in week one than discover it at audit.
Migrations with no downtime window, contact centre platforms, systems that refuse to talk to each other. That is the interesting work.
