You will run the delivery side: who is doing what, what is late, and what we need to tell a client before they have to ask.
Owning the ticketing and service level reporting for managed service clients, and the monthly and quarterly reviews.
Managing the virtual administration team and the support engineers day to day.
You will also be the person who spots when a project is quietly going wrong and says so early.
Genuinely optional. Nobody has ever ticked every box on one of these lists.
